Reporting Crimes

  • Crime in progress: call 911.
  • Suspicious activity: call the San Mateo Police Department non-emergency line at (650) 522-7700.

For problems inside your apartment, contact your individual management company.

Manor Management Company Portal

This portal applies to the 66 waterfront homes only. Log in to pay dues, access your account, and view reports specific to your Association.

Condominium and Apartment Building Management Portals

Casa Laguna 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Mariners Reef each have separate management companies. Contact your building manager directly for dues, account access, and building-specific information. Mariners Reef Apartments and 600 Mariners Isle Blvd residents should contact their property manager for account information.

Condo Owners and Renters

  • Owners: contact your own vendors or your individual management company.
  • Renters: contact your owner or the owner's individual management company.
Amenities

Pools, Fitness, Clubhouse, Picnic, Boat & Barge

  • Owners and renters of attached single-family homes and condos: contact the Manor Association at cs@manorinc.com or (650) 637-1616. A live associate is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Apartment renters: contact your individual management company.
Association Property

Common Area Damage and Maintenance

Report common-area maintenance issues around the pools or on the Association's common-area property to the Manor Association.

A live customer service associate is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Outside those hours, you can connect to the after-hours emergency line for true emergencies, or leave a message for follow-up the next business day.

Please note: The Manor Association emergency line is for emergencies only. A $51 fee is assessed to Mariners Green 2 HOA for each call. Callers are billed back for any request deemed non-emergency or for services that are not the Association's responsibility.
Building Management

Condo or Apartment Building Common Area

Maintenance issues within condo or apartment buildings, inside or outside the building's own common areas, are handled by that building's management company, not the Manor Association.

Please contact your building's management company for both regular requests and after-hours emergencies.
